What are your hours?

Our hours are Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM, (we can meet before or after hours upon request). Saturday and Sunday are by appointment only.

Do your computers come with a warranty?

All Sales come with a lifetime warranty. This does not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by the user, or damage caused by nature. If a warranty claim is made the device will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Do you work on Mac's/Apple computers?

Yes!  It is one of our SPECIALTIES!!! We're proud to say we are one of the only repair shops in 100 miles that works on Mac/Apple products.

Do you work on phones/tablets?

Accepted Answer

We work on all types of devices with software problems, but when it comes to Android Phones (Samsung, ZTE, LG, Motorola, etc.) and Tablets, we do not do physical repairs. The only phones we physically repair are Apple iPhones.
